Senior Commercial Manager

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in helping the studio secure and deliver some of our most ambitious projects in the world. Working closely with Leadership, New Business, Legal Counsel and project teams, you'll shape commercial strategies, develop robust fee proposals and financial forecasts, support contract negotiations and ensure projects are mobilised on strong commercial foundations.
You'll have at least 5 years' experience in a Commercial Manager (or similar) role, supported by previous experience within architecture, design or the wider built environment. You'll bring strong commercial judgement, excellent financial and analytical skills, advanced Excel capability, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
