About Isio Engagement and Support We develop communication programmes for large blue chip and medium sized businesses in the UK. We help employers and the sponsors of pension schemes creatively communicate their valuable employee benefits programmes to their people. The role at a glance Build and expand client relationships, develop communication strategies, own commercial delivery. Grows the communications proposition through winning work and the development of products and services for clients. Key Responsibilities: · Lead client employee benefit communication programmes for large corporate and blue chip organisations, and/or their pension schemes in the UK. · Strategic communication planning and relationship management at director and board level within our clients · Own the commercial relationship with clients in respect of budgets, forecasting, scope, resource planning and pricing · Develop proposals, pitches and business development opportunities, leading on communication pitch teams showcasing Isio’s best ideas · Provide creative direction and quality assurance on projects and client needs to the wider Isio consulting and design team · Nurture and mentor emerging talent in the team allowing them to learn from your experience whilst helping them to develop their own ways of working. · Share responsibility for some aspects of the leadership of the consulting team around supporting the development of the proposition development, our thought leadership and budgeting and forecasting to facilitate our ambitious growth Core skills & required experience · Client relationship management – in particular working with the client to identify strategic opportunities to expand and improve our relationship based on their evolving needs, problem solving and stakeholder management · Designing strategy and campaign solutions to often complex problems on sometimes very technical projects in order to communicate them simply and creatively. · Proven in negotiating / influencing at board level · Strong presentation and facilitation skills · Leadership and coaching of emerging talent · Flexibility, ability to manage competing priorities and internal and external clients The successful candidate You will be curious, collaborative, commercially minded and influential.
