You'll have the support of a global network of colleagues while taking ownership of commercial outcomes across your area of responsibility.

Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.

  • Skills in influencing key commercial and investment decisions through value engineering, cost optimization, and robust commercial recommendations.
  • Applied strong analytical and financial acumen to translate complex project cost, schedule, and commercial data into actionable business insights and executive-level recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong cross-functional partnerships and managing key stakeholder relationships across Finance, Construction, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Program teams to drive successful commercial outcomes and project delivery.

  • Experience delivering projects across multiple countries and working within diverse regulatory, commercial, and cultural environments.

If you've worked in a role where you've reviewed project costs, challenged contractor change requests, managed commercial risk, and supported major capital investments, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine practical construction experience with strong commercial judgement and translate complex financial and project data into actionable business insights.

What you'll build

  • Manage commercial activities for EMEA brownfield projects, ensuring effective cost governance, financial transparency, risk management, and adherence to approved budgets.
  • Lead cost planning and forecasting, including change management, estimate reviews, cashflow forecasting, and contingency oversight.
  • Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives to maximize value across projects.
  • Develop commercial reporting and dashboards that provide insights into cost, risk exposure, and project performance.
