Acxiom is seeking a Sr. Consultant - Agile practices program manager. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and creating well-defined business and systems requirements documents, researching and providing recommendations on critical business decisions, and participating in the implementation of associated changes. The candidate will display expertise in developing PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate the breadth, status, and progress of initiatives across the Acxiom portfolio, including backlog, in-flight, upcoming launches, and post-implementation monitoring. The candidate will translate initiative status and milestones into clear business outcomes and results for leadership reporting. You will exhibit proficiency with Jira and Excel, including running queries, analyzing data, and reconciling information across systems to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting. Ensure work is prioritized according to Chase internal priorities.

The candidate will have organizational exposure to senior management and subject matter experts across marketing businesses and functions.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Dedicated Product Manager for Acxiom initiatives.
  • Research, support the Tempest to AWS migration or program manage other large projects that surface on the Acxiom Roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Acxiom's product/delivery teams and the Chase initiative owners requesting demand.
  • Manage intake, backlog prioritization, roadmap alignment, dependencies, and execution for Acxiom-related work.
  • Ensure alignment between CAP Product, Architecture, Technology, Business stakeholders, and Acxiom teams.
  • Drive adoption of a Product and Agile operating model and establish more disciplined governance around Acxiom demand and delivery.
  • Provide transparency into priorities, status, risks, capacity, and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Must be able to report into the client office in Wilmington, DE
  • 5+ years’ financial services implementation experience or related technology experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Understanding of variety of marketing campaign execution activities (Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance)
  • Strong ability in interacting with and collaborating with senior business stakeholders
  • Capable of prioritizing competing initiatives and defining a vision in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive; Strong Business Writing skills are essential
  • Product management experience.
  • Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience.
  • Ability to gather requirements from initiative owners and translate them into actionable work for Acxiom teams.
  • Experience working across Product, Architecture, Technology, and Business organizations.
  • Ability to influence priorities and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in Jira
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
