Senior Consultant, HR Technology (Workday)

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity This role leads the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of Workday to deliver an intuitive user experience and enhanced reporting capabilities for managers and administrators. The scope includes HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting, and Integrations. This is a hands-on role responsible for system maintenance and continuous improvement, while providing technical leadership through mentoring and coaching team members. Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship : You will report to Manager, HR Technology Posting Type: Replacement. Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $ $107,000 to $140,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Lead the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Workday modules, serving as a subject matter expert for the platform. Partner with stakeholders to ensure Workday is configured to support business processes, requirements, and organizational objectives. Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions that enhance Workday functionality and user experience. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system, application, and integration issues. Maintain HR data integrity by implementing validation controls, monitoring data quality, and supporting operational reporting needs. Identify and implement process improvements involving HR technology and participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive business change. Develop and deliver Workday training and user support resources to promote adoption and effective system use. Create custom reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making and provide meaningful insights to HR leadership. Collaborate with internal IT teams on complex technical solutions, integrations, and recurring system requirements. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing to support team growth and the development of scalable solutions. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Required skills and experience Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting, Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Experience contributing to the successful delivery of HR technology projects. Experience that would set you apart Experience with Workday integrations. Experience in project management and change management.
