Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di implementazione SAP FI e SD dedicati alla contabilità pubblica, con un focus sul ciclo attivo, dalla fatturazione all’incasso, e l’opportunità di specializzarti sulla gestione delle entrate in SAP.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• Condurre i workshop di raccolta dei requisiti sul ciclo attivo con key user e referenti IT del cliente.

• Disegnare il modello to be dei processi di entrata, dalla fatturazione e dall’accertamento all’emissione degli ordinativi di incasso fino alla riscossione, in coerenza con le logiche della contabilità finanziaria e con i vincoli normativi di riferimento.

• Configurare in autonomia SAP FI-AR e SD, in particolare la fatturazione attiva, e le relative integrazioni con PSM-FM (Funds Management).

• Definire, insieme al team tecnico, le integrazioni con i sistemi esterni di fatturazione elettronica, pagoPA e SIOPE+.

• Redigere la documentazione funzionale e le specifiche per gli sviluppi.

• Pianificare ed eseguire i test, presidiando le attività di cutover, go live e stabilizzazione post avvio.

• Gestire la migrazione dei dati su anagrafiche clienti e partite aperte e le relative riconciliazioni.

Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai maturato esperienza consolidata come consulente SAP in progetti di implementazione, con un focus sul ciclo attivo.

• Conosci in modo approfondito FI-AR, dalle anagrafiche clienti alla gestione degli incassi e alla riconciliazione delle partite.

• Hai esperienza su SAP SD, in particolare sulla fatturazione e sulla sua integrazione con FI.

• Sai gestire in autonomia attività e deliverable, interfacciandoti con key user, referenti IT e project manager del cliente.

• Costituisce un plus la conoscenza della contabilità pubblica, del ciclo delle entrate e delle regole di armonizzazione contabile.

• Costituisce un plus l’esperienza su SAP PSM o FI-CA e sulle integrazioni con pagoPA e SIOPE+.

• Hai buone capacità di analisi e di comunicazione.

• Possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team.

• Sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all’estero in base alle esigenze progettuali.

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 33.000 e € 41.000 per il Senior Group, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

KPMG Advisory supports businesses in transforming their business models, improving and digitalising their processes, analysing and managing risk, and carrying out extraordinary finance transactions.

As part of the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in SAP FI and SD implementation projects focused on public sector accounting, working on the revenue cycle, from invoicing to collection, with the opportunity to specialise in revenue management in SAP.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops on the revenue cycle with the client’s key users and IT contacts.

• Design the to-be model for revenue processes, from invoicing and revenue assessment (accertamento) through the issuing of collection orders to collection, in line with public financial accounting logic and the applicable regulatory constraints.

• Independently configure SAP FI-AR and SD, particularly outbound invoicing, and their integrations with PSM-FM (Funds Management).

• Define, together with the technical team, integrations with external systems for electronic invoicing, pagoPA and SIOPE+.

• Prepare functional documentation and specifications for developments.

• Plan and run testing, overseeing cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilisation.

• Manage data migration for customer master data and open items, along with the related reconciliations.

Come As You Are – Your skills and attributes

This opportunity is perfect for you if you:

• Have solid experience as an SAP consultant on implementation projects, with a focus on the revenue cycle.

• Have in-depth knowledge of FI-AR, from customer master data to incoming payments and open item reconciliation.

• Have experience with SAP SD, particularly billing and its integration with FI.

• Can manage activities and deliverables independently, working with the client’s key users, IT contacts and project managers.

• Ideally have knowledge of public sector accounting, the public revenue cycle and accounting harmonisation rules.

• Ideally have experience with SAP PSM or FI-CA and with pagoPA and SIOPE+ integrations.

• Have good analytical and communication skills.

• Have a good command of English and enjoy working in a team.

• Are willing to travel in Italy and abroad as project needs require.

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €33,000 to €41,000 for the Senior Group. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
