This Senior Content Provider job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
- 2-3+ years of experience in content strategy, social content, or a similar role within a fast-paced creative, media, or agency environment.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with content creation besides just copywriting: basic shooting, editing, ...
- A deep understanding of digital and social platforms and emerging content formats
- Strong awareness of social trends, internet culture, audience behavior, and what drives engagement across platforms
- Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-moving environment with the support of our junior team.
- Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
You’re good at:
1. Concept & Copywriting
- Develop compelling content ideas and standout copy across campaigns, social content, video scripts, taglines, branded content, and artist-led activations.
- Craft platform-native storytelling that balances brand objectives with cultural relevance, audience engagement, and community resonance.
- Contribute actively to brainstorms, creative ideation, and campaign development with fresh, trend-driven ideas and strong editorial thinking.
2. Content Strategy & Storytelling
- Build and execute content strategies across multiple platforms and touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and audience experience.
- Translate communication strategies into clear, engaging narratives for campaigns
- Identify and activate cultural moments, social trends, and content opportunities that drive engagement, reach, and retention.
3. Production & Content Execution
- Draw from your hands-on experience in content creation to be able to take an idea from beginning to end, with the support of other departments.
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, creators, and production teams to ensure content quality and consistency from concept through final execution.
- Support scripting, storyboarding, editing reviews, and asset development while ensuring all outputs are accurate, polished, and on-brand.
- Repurpose branded content into multiple engaging social formats optimized for each platform.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Strategy, Account, Creative, Media, PR, and Artist teams to align messaging and deliver integrated campaign solutions.
- Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders while acting as a strong voice guardian across all communications.
- Take ownership of projects, mentor junior team members when needed, and help bring ideas to life through strong collaboration and initiative.
