Role Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Content Specialist with 3 - 5 years of proven SaaS/tech/digital media experience to join our storytelling efforts. You'll be the architect of our voice, blending SEO mastery with AI-optimized (AIO) strategies to produce high-impact assets that fuel inbound leads, boost engagement, and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, research, create, translate, edit, and optimize multilingual content across formats—including blog articles, press releases, website copy, ad materials, landing pages, video scripts, social media posts for LinkedIn, e-books, and whitepapers—ensuring alignment with our brand tone, style guidelines, and target audience in the SaaS, social commerce, conversational AI or chat marketing spaces.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to conduct in-depth keyword research, apply advanced SEO and AIO best practices (e.g., leveraging tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or AI-driven optimizers), and track performance metrics to iteratively improve content ROI, such as organic traffic growth, conversion rates, and engagement.
• Own the end-to-end content projects autonomously: from brainstorming innovative ideas and outlining structures to delivering polished, engaging pieces on a consistent schedule—while collaborating with SEO specialists and content managers on high-level strategies for blogs, landing pages, and long-form assets.
• Develop a profound understanding of SleekFlow's products through rigorous research, translating technical features into customer-centric stories that resonate globally.
• Manage workflows using digital tools like Contentful, Phrase, Asana, and Google Analytics to upload, track, and optimize content performance—ensuring we hit quantity targets (e.g., X blogs/month, Y videos/quarter) without sacrificing quality.
• Experiment with emerging trends in content marketing, such as AI-assisted personalization or interactive formats, to keep SleekFlow at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in content writing/marketing, ideally in a tech environment, with a portfolio showcasing high-performing pieces in B2B tech or marketing.
• Proficiency in English — with the ability to write fluently, translate accurately, and adapt tones for diverse audiences. (Proficiency in additional languages like Mandarin, Arabic, German, Italian, or Dutch is an added bonus)
• Strong command of grammar, language nuances, and storytelling techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO and AIO principles, including on-page optimization, content clustering, and AI tools for efficiency (e.g., experience with GPT models or similar for ideation and refinement).
• Proven track record of using analytics to optimize content and achieve business outcomes, such as increased lead generation or user retention.
• Self-starter mindset with excellent time management; comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Bonus: Experience in social commerce or conversational AI niches, or familiarity with tools like HubSpot, SemRush, or Contentful.
