Win new contract business and convert existing Cloud Bridge consulting accounts into recurring contractor placements. Build deep contractor pipelines across Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Architecture, FinOps, Data, AI and Security. What We're Looking For Proven agency recruitment experience in technology, cloud, or infrastructure markets — either permanent or contract. A consistent billing track record — you've been a top performer on your desk, regardless of whether that's perm or contract revenue. Demonstrable BD ability — you know how to open doors, build relationships, and win business. Hunger to scale — you're not content with steady-state.
