We enable your best to power our future. Job Summary Responsible for day-to-day asset management and leasing activities. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data in the designated system. Prepare and post lease-related journal entries in accordance with accounting standards US GAAP/ IFRS/Local GAAP. Calculate ROUA & lease liability valuation for manual leases. Perform monthly closing activities related to leases, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Prepare and analyze lease-related reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant lease accounting standards (IFRS 16/ASC 842/Local GAAP) Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary lease information. Assist with audits and provide documentation as required. Prior experience of working on SAP S4/ECC or a large ERP platform (Optional) Expert in advanced Excel and workflow automation to streamline process Experience range 1-3 Years Graduation in Finance (CA/CMA/ACCA preferred) Skills Required for the role Financial Accounting knowledge - 50% Account Reconciliations - 20% Working in an ERP environment- 20% Communication skills- 10% Please be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
