The Senior Coordinator, PR & Creator Partnerships
You’re the person who gets stories placed and creators live. You’ll support day-to-day execution across earned media, creator programs and Academy’s own agency profile: pitching editors, finding and vetting influencers, tracking dollars and deliverables, and turning results into reports clients want to read.

The Senior Coordinator, PR & Creator Partnerships

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Media Relations
- Draft client and agency media advisories, pitches, and op eds, all grounded in key messaging, with minimal edits
- Build and own targeted media lists
- Outreach to media and coordinate interviews
- Monitor media for results, new contacts and story angles
- Build reports
- Share as-it-happens coverage updates with internal stakeholders
- Track PR hard costs against planned quotes
- Invites and RSVP management
- Onsite check-in and support
- Research and vet creators against criteria to build creator shortlists with rates and audience data
- Support creator outreach and day-to-day communication from first contact through to final post
- Execute gifting and seeding programs, including kit development, shipping logistics and follow-up
- Support paid partnerships: draft briefs, tailor contract templates, track usage rights and exclusivity terms, and manage content review and approvals
- Track creator fees and seeding costs against client estimates, and flag budget pressure early
- Manage partnership admin: countersignatures, invoice submission and the client partnership tracker (final content, agreements, invoices)
- Track live content and performance
- Pull campaign and creator-level metrics (reach, engagement rate, CPM, cost per engagement, EMV) and draft wrap reports with clear takeaways
- Support onsite at shoots and XM, which sometimes means evenings and weekends
- Help build and improve partnership templates, trackers and processes
- Use AI and automation tools to speed up research, list-building and reporting
- Keep the team current on industry insights and competitive activity, relevant platform changes and creator trends
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in PR and/or creator/influencer marketing, ideally agency-side (internships count)
- Experience with both earned and paid media and/or creator partnerships
- Excellent writing and communication skills, can flex into concise professional or social-first creative. Pitches that get people excited, briefs that creators can actually follow
- A relentless pursuit of clarity and organization, and high attention to detail
- Comfort juggling multiple clients, deadlines and priorities at once
- The ability to receive and action feedback, as well as disagree and commit
- Curiosity that drives a willingness to go above and beyond, in a consistent pursuit of betterment
- Working knowledge of creator discovery, relationship management and tracking tools (Meltwater, Modash, Mighty Scout)
- Experience coordinating creator partnerships on TikTok, Pinterest or Twitch
- Experiential (XM) or event experience
- French language skills
