About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best of breed process and technology.

As a core member of our Banking team, you will work closely with external clients and internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services. The incumbent would be a commercially-minded relationship manager with strong banking/custody product knowledge, comfortable operating at the intersection of client service, sales, and operations — someone who can balance strategic relationship building with hands-on operational oversight (cash monitoring, pricing reviews, invoicing) and confidently engage both clients and senior stakeholders.

Your Role:

• You will be developing new business relationships and enhancing the profitability of the existing customer base.
• You will be responsible for proactively ensuring the delivery of clients’ Service Level Agreements and facilitating the prompt resolution of client issues.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
• Carry out Client Need Analysis for new and existing clients
• Design bespoke service solutions and resolving macro issues to ensure client needs are satisfied
• Partner with internal project managers on the delivery of project plans
• Cross sell bank products from the various departments to existing and potential clients including Finance, Asset Servicing, and Treasury and FX services.
• Be actively involved in drafting Service Level Agreements with clients and coordinating with operations to ensure it is implemented
• Act as a key team player to pro-actively drive the delivery of excellence in Service Level Agreements
• Actively promote and train clients in the use of our Online Trading and Banking Platforms
• Monitor trading, settlement and transfer activity on client accounts
• Actively monitor clients’ cash positions for the banks overall liquidity levels
• Review clients’ portfolio and pricing at month end
• Maintain and update client contact details in Citco’s systems
• Assist clients in opening cash and custody accounts and liaising with the KYC team for the required documents on the clients’ behalf
• Responsible for co-coordinating with system developers and business analyst in providing client support, routine preventative maintenance, and continuing improvements of the business` custom built and third-party vendor applications
• Report important client issues weekly/monthly to Senior Management
• Facilitate the prompt resolution of complex client issues and highlight potential issue(s) to the client
• Develop and maintain strong Citco relationships within internal stakeholders
• Responsible for reviewing and issuing client invoices
• Responsible for coordinating client transition projects
• Responsible for scheduling regular client visits

About You:

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast, deadline-driven environment. Custody experience is an asset.
• Must have completed a post-secondary degree in a related field (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field)
• Solid understanding of Financial Markets/Hedge Fund Business
  Proven track record of business development and revenue growth through cross-selling financial products (Finance, Asset Servicing, Treasury/FX)
• Experience drafting and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with institutional clients
• Familiarity with KYC/onboarding processes for cash and custody account opening
• Experience with online trading/banking platforms and client training/adoption
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, particularly around SLA terms and cross-selling conversations
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ownership mentality — comfortable operating with autonomy
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with willingness to mentor or support junior colleagues

Salary Range: CAD 85,000 - CAD 120,000
