As they continue to grow their organization, they're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for various corporate roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and has a track record of successful hiring across an org. What you'll do Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance. Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights. Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process. Drive stakeholder communication, provide regular recruiting updates, and influence hiring decisions through data and market expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, People Operations, and interview teams. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders. Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities. Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools.
