This isn't a traditional 9-to-5 "compliance check" role. You will be a core thought partner to our Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, helping us navigate the complex intersection of global wagering, crypto-native assets, and hyper-growth. If you have lived and breathed the iGaming world and are tired of being told "no" by traditional corporate structures, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Actually Do Architect the Playbook: You won't just follow rules; you'll help design the regulatory frameworks for a new paradigm in Web3 wagering. Partner with Product: Sit in the room with engineers and product leads to build features that are "compliant by design." Navigating the Global Map: Help us solve the puzzle of global expansion, identifying where to move, how to launch, and how to win. Risk Assessments: Conduct candid risk assessments that enable the business to move boldly forward. You are here to find the "how," not just the "why not." Build the Network: Influence our strategy by building a global web of mission-aligned outside counsel.
