The role : Senior Country Manager, U.S. (Remote)

A leading platform in Europe for content creators, you will be their first hire in the US, operating largely autonomously, and expected to challenge agencies, not just service them.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of the adult ecosystem and, critically, of the US agency networks existing relationships are a major plus
• Proven ability to build, manage and challenge agency relationships: negotiation, performance reviews, growth plans
• Strong analytical profile genuinely comfortable with numbers and KPIs, able to make a case with data and not only with relationships
• Smart, structured, entrepreneurial, someone who can operate without a local team around them, and who will help us promote the Agency in the US market
• Based in US locations can be considered for the right profile

The role is US-based, but it is not fully remote. The candidate will need to:

• Come to Paris for on-boarding at the start of the collaboration (a few weeks, so they properly absorb the platform, the product and our way of working)
• Then spend one week in our Paris offices roughly every six weeks, to stay close to the teams, Growth, BizDev, Product, and build the internal relationships that make this kind of remote senior role actually work.

Until the clients US entity is incorporated, the person will be employed through DEEL (Employer of Record), with the clear intention to transfer them to our US entity once it's live.

If you're already established as an independent contractor, they will look at this case by case.
