Senior CRM Lead (Veeva Vault CRM)

Job Description We are seeking a Senior CRM Consultant / CRM Lead with strong expertise in Veeva Vault CRM to support CRM initiatives in the Japan pharmaceutical market. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM processes, customer data, integrations, and field operations within the life sciences domain. You will work closely with business stakeholders, commercial teams, and IT teams to drive CRM adoption, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Veeva Vault CRM initiatives for stakeholders in the Japan market Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions and process improvements Collaborate with Field Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, and IT teams Support CRM configuration, enhancements, and release management activities Manage CRM integrations with enterprise systems and data platforms Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and reporting accuracy Support user adoption, stakeholder communication, and training initiatives Coordinate with global and regional delivery teams Monitor CRM KPIs, dashboards, and operational performance metrics Requirements Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in CRM consulting, CRM operations, or CRM delivery roles Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM Knowledge of CRM integrations, customer data management, and field force processes Experience working with life sciences / pharmaceutical clients Understanding of APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration architectures Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in global delivery environments Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Japan market operations Understanding of omnichannel engagement and commercial operations Benefits Hybrid/remote flexibility Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Japan market operations Understanding of omnichannel engagement and commercial operations
