Eleks is looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Manager in Lviv to join our Government Business Unit and lead complex tender-based presales engagements.
ABOUT PROJECT
The role focuses on managing end-to-end bid processes, including RFI, RFP, and formal tender responses, leading cross-functional team, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive submissions.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in IT services presales, bid management, proposal management, or a similar role within the IT outsourcing industry
Practical experience managing complex RFPs, RFIs, or formal tender submissions
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and parallel activities
Good understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle (SDLC), delivery models, and commercial engagement models
Experience working with technical and commercial proposal documentation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly when interpreting complex tender requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Advanced)
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under strict deadlines
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience managing government or public sector tenders (USA/UA)
WOULD BE A PLUS
Understanding of public procurement procedures, compliance requirements, and government contracting practices
Experience with structured bid management methodologies and APMP best practices
APMP/PMP certification or relevant
Experience developing proposal win strategies, executive summaries, and value propositions
Experience using AI tools to support bid development, document analysis, and proposal quality assurance
Experience managing several complex bids simultaneously
