The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of Senior Customer Success Managers to drive account health, platform adoption, and value realization for enterprise clients.

• Serve as the executive escalation point for strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders across IT, product, and operations.

• Partner cross-functionally with sales, professional services, and technical support teams to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

• Oversee account health tracking, forecasting, and reporting to ensure proactive risk identification and mitigation.

• Refine regional customer success strategies and operational models to align with global business objectives.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within complex enterprise environments.

• 3+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-faceted enterprise portfolios and navigate complex client structures.

• Strong strategic acumen with the ability to lead value-based conversations with both technical and executive stakeholders.
