Responsibilities:

• Expertly interact with a range of online systems
  
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
  
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently
  
• Assist the project manager with tasks
  
• Attend meetings with superiors and prepare detailed reports
  
• Adhere to operational procedures in all customer interactions
  

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese
  
• Minimum one year of proven customer support experience
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  
• Excellent proficiency in English and Russian
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Strong customer service orientation
