We want a real operations manager, not a coordinator. If you've spent your career at large companies where resources were abundant, or your experience is only in dropshipping rather than in-house at a D2C brand that holds its own inventory, this role isn't for you.

This role is a hands-on role for someone who keeps our site accurate and functioning while coordinating fulfillment, logistics, CX, and reporting. You’ll own site functionality, product setup, catalog accuracy, back-end pipelines and serve as the operational glue for our 3PL and supply chain partners to our team.

The perfect candidate for this position can maintain KPI reporting and standards that keep us accountable and in motion. • Drive XFN collaboration across the organization to ensure efficiency goals are met
• Manage routine technical checks for site accuracy, pricing, performance, and the end to end purchase path
• Coordinate with marketing, brand, and engineering teams to ensure website content is accurate and launched on schedule
• Support implementation of merchandising best practices to improve customer experience
• Ensure claims and content align with regulatory and compliance requirements for our products
• Monitor order flow, fulfillment SLAs, inventory syncs, and resolve exceptions and failed deliveries
• Work closely with CX on order issues, returns, and escalations
• Maintain recurring reporting on company and department performance KPIs
• Find and resolve operational bottlenecks within the team to improve efficiency

• 5+ years in operations at a DTC/ecommerce
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Hands on shopify experience with ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ownership of site, demand forecasting, and fulfillment operations
• Managed POs and production timelines
• Experience working with overseas 3PLs to fix fulfillment errors
• Strong with Google Workspace tools, Clickup, and AI softwares
• Demonstrated knowledge in writing SOPs people can understand

• Consumer electronics DTC brands
• Multi-country fulfillment experience including COD
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills

Pay is based on region and experience, set as a geo-calibrated range. Exact compensation depends on the candidate's skills, level, experience, and track record, and not all candidates will sit at the top of the range.
