  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation and analytical workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and analytical data structures.
  • Experience converting business requirements into data requirements and collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in a data visualization/BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.

  • A curious and analytical nature, always looking to investigate unexpected results and challenge assumptions.
  • Realistic and dedicated to identifying ways forward.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and reliability.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast paced business environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to challenge constructively and build trust with technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Willingness to assist in the technical growth of other analysts and help maintain high analytical standards throughout the team.
