Senior Data Analyst

Do you love turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? Nafes AI is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you'll lead high-impact data projects, mentor junior analysts, and work directly with stakeholders and leadership to shape how we use data to grow.

Nafes.ai is the first tender analytics and bid management platform in the Arab world, using advanced artificial intelligence and data science to help organizations win more predictable, successful bids. The platform is designed to unlock new revenue streams from tenders and support scalable growth.

What you'll do:

• Design and deliver complex data projects, from collection and management to analysis and visualization
• Build and apply analytical algorithms to uncover trends, patterns, and insights across diverse data sources
• Partner with teams across the company to find new ways data can solve business challenges
• Prepare clear, compelling reports for executive leadership on trends, patterns, and predictions
• Use predictive modeling to improve customer experience, revenue, product performance, ad targeting, and more
• Introduce new statistical and mathematical methods where they add value
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices and advanced techniques
• Safeguard data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–6 years of data analysis experience with a proven record of delivering actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in a product development context
• Hands-on experience with R, Python, SQL, or similar for working with large datasets
• Solid knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (regression, distributions, statistical testing) and how to apply them
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to leadership
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• A genuine drive to learn and master new tools and techniques
