Support the integration and usage of AI, automation, and business intelligence tools for increased efficiency and decision-making
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data utilized for internal and client-facing reporting
Proactively anticipate business challenges and work cross-functionally to address them with data-backed solutions
Share best practices, train team members on data literacy, and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused environment

5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role, with a proven record of translating data insights into business outcomes

Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, translating data into strategic recommendations, and challenging assumptions as needed
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures and pipelines
Experience leveraging AI and automation to streamline analytics processes is a strong plus
A collaborative, ego-free teammate who values knowledge sharing and collective success
Based in New York, London, or Berlin, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements (in-person expectations vary by location)
Nice to Have
Experience in the art market, ecommerce, or another digital marketplace environment
Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis
