Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned data expert to turn data into insights that drive strategy and improve business performance. This role partners across teams to support data-driven decisions and enhance self-service analytics tools. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data to guide strategic and operational decisions Respond to ad-hoc reporting needs from business teams Lead dashboard design and UX improvements on Power BI with IT teams Build analytical models and ensure clear documentation Develop visual dashboards for performance tracking Identify and resolve data quality issues Support teams in using Power BI through training and guidance Requirements: Bachelors degree; Masters or MBA is a plus 6+ years in analytics or data roles Strong skills in data tools and statistical analysis Experience with large datasets and business modeling Proficiency in English is a key requirement.
