leboncoin is France's leading classifieds platform for peer-to-peer transactions, the market leader in real estate and automotive, and a key player in jobs and holiday rentals. Every month, leboncoin is the go-to platform for 28 million French users who value the breadth of its listings and the simplicity of everyday transactions.
About the role : leboncoin's Pro segment is one of the company's core growth engines. As a Senior Data Analyst on the Business team, you will be the analytical partner for our commercial organisation — turning marketplace data into decisions that drive revenue, sharpen our professional offering, and improve go-to-market execution.
You will work closely with strategy teams, product managers and senior stakeholders, bridging the gap between raw data and strategic action across our main categories.
Your missions :
User segmentation & fraud detection : contribute to identifying and monitoring fraud patterns across the marketplace, supporting efforts to maintain the integrity of our platform.
Commercial performance dashboard : design and deliver a centralised business performance dashboard for commercial teams. The dashboard will link revenue outcomes to their underlying drivers — acquisition, ARPU, retention — providing a single source of truth that enables proactive decision-making.
Agentic tooling & self-service analytics : contribute to building agentic tools that empower teams to access and explore data independently. This includes context engineering, documentation of data assets, and benchmarking and evaluation of analytical agents — helping the organisation move towards scalable, self-service analytics (Databricks).
Advanced analytics : apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover business opportunities and support strategic decision-making. This includes building forecasting models, conducting user behaviour analysis, and developing segmentation frameworks.
What success looks like in your first year
- Weekly business review reporting is automated, reliable, and actively used in commercial rituals
- A commercial performance dashboard is live and referenced by sales and go-to-market teams
- You've contributed analytical frameworks that supported new Pro initiative launches
- At least one agentic self-service tool is in production and adopted by a business team
- 4+ years of experience in data or business analytics, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce or B2B SaaS environment
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale transactional or behavioural datasets with Python
- Hands-on experience with Airflow and Databricks is a plus;
- Comfortable with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase or equivalent)
- Proven ability to build KPI frameworks and revenue models from scratch, not just maintain existing ones
- Structured thinker — you can take an ambiguous business question and turn it into a clear analytical approach
- Clear communicator — you present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders (commercial directors, C-level) without losing the substance
- Curiosity for emerging analytical tooling, including LLM-based agents and self-service data infrastructure
- Fluent in English and French
- Company health insurance
- 50% reimbursement of your public transport pass
- 25 days of annual leave and 12 RTT days (additional rest days)
- A Swile meal card worth €9 per day
