Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer Come join us and help build the data platform, strategy and foundations that will shape how we use data and AI across the business. We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to take ownership of our data platform and play a key role in shaping how data is used across the business. This is a hands-on position combining strong data engineering with strategic input - you’ll build and scale the platform, improve data quality and architecture, and work closely with Product, Engineering and leadership to identify where data, analytics and AI can create the most value. Must Haves: Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks Excellent Python and SQL skills Strong experience building and scaling data pipelines Solid understanding of data modelling and architecture Experience working with Spark Ability to take ownership of data quality, governance and reliability Strong stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams Commercial mindset with the ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes Nice to Haves: Experience defining or contributing to a data strategy and roadmap Experience enabling Machine Learning and AI use cases Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams Previous experience owning or significantly influencing a data platform Comfortable operating in a role that combines hands-on engineering with strategic responsibility Department Data Locations Stockholm Remote status Hybrid
