Senior Data Engineer - Contract - 12 Months

Senior Data Engineer (Databricks) - Outside of IR-35 - 100% Remote

I’m working with a consultancy that is looking to bring on several experienced Databricks Engineers from December, initial 12 month contract!

What I’m looking for:

Strong hands-on Databricks, PySpark, Python and SQL

• Production pipeline engineering and troubleshooting

• Workflow orchestration and dependency management

• Idempotency, retry/restart and failure-recovery patterns CI/CD, Git and automated

deployment

• Monitoring, logging and operational alerting

• Data-quality and reconciliation controls

• API/file/SFTP integration patterns

🌍 Fully Remote

📄 Outside IR35

⏱ Contract - £300-350 P/D
