Job Description This is a remote position. One of our clients in the Telecom industry is looking for the most talented Data Engineering to join their team. Your role will consist of leading the development of advanced business intelligence (BI) solutions that enable strategic, data-driven decisions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver complex BI initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset to enhance our data infrastructure continuously and analytics capabilities. Key Deliverables: Partner with business stakeholders to understand and analyze data requirements Identify and resolve structural issues within the data warehouse Develop, implement, and test robust reporting pipelines aligned with user needs Requirements Ideal Profile: Expert in data modeling with a proven track record of diagnosing and fixing data warehouse issues, including influencing or coaching teams to adopt better approaches Technically driven problem-solver who naturally gravitates toward technology-focused solutions before considering people or processes Pragmatic thinker who balances technical precision with the realities of business deadlines and needs Strong commercial insight, able to clearly articulate business problems before diving into technical solutions Experienced in Agile environments, having worked in teams of at least five members Proficient in advanced SQL and highly skilled with the Microsoft on-premises analytics stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSMS) Why Partner with Us?
