This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Sr. Technical Product Analyst with strong experience in Global Clinical Supply. The role combines data analysis, business/product analysis, clinical supply domain knowledge and stakeholder communication to support clinical supply chain systems and data strategies.
Key responsibilities
The consultant will work closely with Global Clinical Supply stakeholders to gather requirements, understand use cases, and prepare documentation after business analysis according to organizational standards.
They will analyze data from clinical supply systems such as SAP, IRT/RTSM and clinical inventory management systems, supporting areas such as supply and demand forecasting, distribution tracking and inventory optimization.
The role requires understanding of clinical packaging, labeling, global distribution processes, and data generated from systems such as SAP, MES and clinical planning tools.
The person will collaborate with supply chain, logistics and clinical operations teams, translate business needs into actionable specifications for development teams, maintain documentation, present findings and ensure compliance with relevant clinical and supply chain regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar analytical role
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Global Clinical Supply, especially clinical logistics and supply planning
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze data, document findings and communicate with business and technical stakeholders
Technical skills
- Excel, SQL, R or Python
- Tableau or Power BI
- Statistical analysis / modeling
- Cloud technology, preferably AWS
- Preferred: SAP, IRT/RTSM, clinical supply or supply chain systems
Soft skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex supply chain information clearly
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Project management experience
- Agile and product lifecycle understanding
