You'll join our Quality Systems and Credentialing team, helping to improve the quality and integrity of referrer and patient data across our organisation. Alongside leading a small team, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting data quality initiatives, and helping to ensure colleagues have access to reliable information when they need it most.

What you'll do

• Lead and support two Data Quality Assistants, allocating workload and monitoring performance against agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee the accurate creation, maintenance and validation of referrer records within Expanse and associated systems.
• Identify, investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, inaccuracies and duplicate records.
• Support large scale data cleansing activities, ensuring information is standardised, accurate and compliant.
• Produce regular updates and reports for the Head of Quality Systems and Credentialing, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a data administration, data quality or high volume data entry environment is essential
• Experience managing a team and supervising the work of others.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using databases and multiple systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
