Endeavor Labs is hiring a Senior Data Scientist based in Colombia 🧠 to own model evaluation and AI quality on a project that turns clinical-trial documents into reliable, structured data.

🎯 You'll: design LLM/ML evaluations, choose models based on the metrics, keep the data clean, and present results as a clear story.

💡 You bring:

🔹 5+ years in Data Science or ML

🔹 Rigorous evaluations on LLM/AI projects you've delivered

🔹 Python + strong communication skills

🔹 Professional English + US Central Time overlap (great news: Colombia's time zone already lines up 🙌)
