What You Bring A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence. Proven expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and LLM APIs. Experience designing and implementing agentic systems, structured testing, and model evaluation methodologies. A solid background in machine learning, experimentation, and systems design. Ability to work in a regulated environment, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Nice-to-Haves Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed systems. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
