We're hiring a Senior Data Solution Architect to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of data-driven solutions across a portfolio of large-scale projects for a global energy technology company.

This is a highly technical yet business-facing role - you'll work alongside 3-5 fellow Solution Architects supporting a team of 50+ developers and 5-7 Product Managers, providing architectural direction, solution design, and coding best practices across the portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for large-scale data solutions on AWS and Snowflake
• Define coding standards, best practices, and service usage patterns for developers
• Serve as the central point of contact for technical guidance across multiple projects
• Partner with product managers to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Work with multicultural, cross-functional teams to align architecture with business objectives
• Present architectural decisions and solution designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Act as the primary technical contact for complex project challenges

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale AWS implementations
• Strong knowledge of AWS services: S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora, CloudFront, SQS, CloudWatch, SageMaker, and AWS CDK
• Proven Snowflake architecture and data integration expertise
• Ability to lead in multicultural, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• AWS certifications
