About Ditto

At Ditto, we're redefining digital trust.

Our unified identity platform helps banks, financial institutions, governments and other regulated organisations verify identities, prevent fraud and deliver secure digital experiences through identity verification, authentication, passwordless access and mobile threat defence. As we continue to grow globally, we're building a continuous trust platform that protects every interaction across the customer journey.

We're a global team with a startup mindset—moving fast, thinking big and empowering people to make an impact from day one. Led by CEO Gonzalo Alonso and an experienced leadership team, we're on a mission to make digital trust simple, secure and accessible.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and shape how Ditto creates pipeline. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy: you'll set the strategy, build the programme and run the campaigns yourself.

Our buyers are banks, financial institutions and regulated organisations. Deals are complex, involve several stakeholders and take time. So we want someone who thinks beyond the individual lead. You'll engage whole buying groups, grow marketing-influenced pipeline and help our sales team win the accounts that matter most.

You'll work across every channel that makes sense—search, answer engines, LinkedIn, email, ABM, webinars, events and outbound support. You'll move fast, test ideas quickly and scale what works. You'll also use AI tools, including LLMs such as Claude, to work smarter and at a pace that suits a growing business.

You'll report to marketing leadership and work closely with sales, product marketing, content and our wider leadership team.

Where You'll Make an Impact

In this role, you'll:

  • Own the demand generation function. Set the strategy, plan and budget for demand generation, and take full accountability for the results.
  • Generate high-quality demand across the buying group. Look beyond the MQL to the MQA, engaging and influencing every stakeholder in complex, multi-person buying decisions. MQLs remain a key measure in the short term, but your focus is marketing-influenced pipeline, not just marketing-generated pipeline.
  • Run account-based marketing. Work with sales to agree target accounts, build tailored one-to-few and one-to-many programmes, and use intent and engagement data to prioritise effort.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns. Working in conjunction with partners and agencies, plan and deliver integrated campaigns across paid search, SEO and answer engine optimisation (AEO), LinkedIn advertising, email, webinars, events and partner channels — choosing the right mix for each audience and goal.
  • Build and optimise search and answer engine visibility. Work with our SEO/AEO agency to grow Ditto's presence in traditional search and in AI-driven answer engines, so buyers find us wherever they research.
  • Drive LinkedIn and paid media performance. Plan, launch and optimise LinkedIn campaigns (including Thought Leader Ads and Conversation Ads) and paid search programmes, managing spend to clear cost and pipeline targets.
  • Get the most out of HubSpot. Build email nurture journeys, lead scoring, segmentation and workflows that move accounts through the funnel.
  • Support outbound. Work with sales and SDRs to create sequences, messaging and plays that align outbound activity with marketing campaigns.
  • Test, learn and iterate. Design and launch campaigns quickly to test specific hypotheses, measure the results, and refine until they work — then scale them.
  • Bring new ideas. Use modern and emerging techniques, including growth hacking, automation and AI, to deliver pace and scale in a startup environment.
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve. Track performance across every channel and campaign, and make changes based on what the data tells you.
  • Report clearly. Maintain accurate management reports and dashboards for marketing leadership and the wider leadership team, covering pipeline, attribution, spend and return.

Who You Are

You're someone who:

  • Is bold, brave and curious. You want to understand what the market really needs, and you have the confidence to test, fail, revise and win.
  • Owns your work. You've run your own function before. You make decisions confidently and independently, and you know when to ask for advice.
  • Is a genuine team player. You get results by working closely with marketing colleagues, sales and the wider Ditto team.
  • Communicates clearly. You can explain complex marketing ideas in plain business language that anyone can follow, and you understand why good communication matters.
  • Is driven by data, but not ruled by it. You use numbers to guide decisions, while still trusting your judgement and creativity.
  • Embraces AI. You already use LLMs, ideally Claude, to boost productivity, work more efficiently and raise the quality of your output.
  • Moves at pace. You're comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building things in a fast-growing, startup environment.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • 5+ years in demand generation or a similar role, with a track record of owning a function and delivering and influencing pipeline.
  • Solid B2B software experience, ideally in identity, compliance, AML, fraud prevention, authentication or cybersecurity.
  • A strong grasp of modern SaaS go-to-market and how complex software sales work, including long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Hands-on channel expertise across SEO and AEO, paid search, LinkedIn advertising, and email marketing. Experience in managing webinars and events a bonus.
  • Proven ABM experience, including target account selection, buying group engagement, and working hand in hand with sales.
  • Deep HubSpot knowledge, covering workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture and reporting.
  • Experience supporting outbound, including building sequences and campaign-aligned messaging for SDRs and sales.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence in attribution, funnel metrics and turning data into clear actions.
  • Practical experience using LLMs (ideally Claude) and AI tools to scale productivity and campaign output.
  • Fluent Spanish and business-level English, written and spoken.

Bonus Points

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience marketing into regulated sectors such as financial services, including banking, fintech and insurance.
  • Experience creating simple content, such as ad copy, emails, landing pages and social posts.
  • Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms (such as 6sense, Demandbase or Bombora) and enrichment tools (such as Clay, Apollo or ZoomInfo).
  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation and landing page testing.
  • HubSpot, Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing certifications.
  • Experience marketing across Spain, Latin America or other international markets.
  • Additional European languages.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you'll:

  • In your first 90 days, audit our current channels, data and HubSpot setup, review target accounts and KPIs with sales and leadership, and launch your first test-and-learn campaigns.
  • Within six months, have a clear, repeatable demand generation engine in place, with MQL targets met and MQA and buying group engagement tracked and growing.
  • Within 12 months, show a measurable increase in marketing-influenced and marketing-sourced pipeline, with better conversion from engaged account to opportunity.
  • Throughout, give leadership accurate, trusted reporting on pipeline, spend and return, and build a strong reputation with sales as a true partner in winning deals.
