Senior Design Engineer, Scotland

We are supporting an international oilfield technology business with the appointment of a Senior Design Engineer.

The role will focus on the design and development of downhole and well-completion equipment, working across engineering, manufacturing, testing and customer requirements.

Relevant experience includes:

• Mechanical design within oilfield equipment

• Downhole tools, completions or pressure-control systems

• SolidWorks or similar CAD software

• API standards and regulated engineering environments

• Design verification, testing and technical documentation

• Collaboration with customers, suppliers and manufacturing teams

Experience with packers, valves, landing strings or related completion equipment would be highly relevant.
