Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong backend expertise, advanced database skills, and proven AWS cloud experience. The role involves building scalable ETL frameworks, managing event-driven systems, and leading technical best practices.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ETL frameworks and tools.

  • Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake).

  • Deploy and manage AWS cloud solutions (Lambda, Glue, S3, Airflow).

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and performance monitoring.

  • Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive engineering excellence.


Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Python backend development experience.

  • Expertise in PostgreSQL and other DB tools.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and Terraform.

  • Experience with ETL frameworks/tools.

  • Hands-on with Kafka and event-driven architecture.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the technology department of Asset Management firms.
