About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. About the Role In your capacity as a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer , you will be instrumental in architecting the orchestration layer that drives Pelico across all fronts, spanning our global SaaS infrastructure to the most restricted, air-gapped enterprise environments. Your core mission is ensuring Pelico remains effortless to install, manage, and expand, irrespective of the underlying host. Operating at the crossroads of system architecture, product engineering, and field operations, you will tackle intricate technical hurdles and help define the future of AI-driven industrial infrastructure. What You’ll Do Build deployment platforms that work everywhere . Design and improve Pelico's deployment architecture across Kubernetes, Docker, single VM, air-gapped environments and private cloud using Terraform, Helm and Ansible. Create a true one-click deployment experience . Standardize installation, upgrades and operational tooling so enterprise customers can deploy Pelico reliably with minimal manual intervention. Improve platform reliability and observability . Build monitoring, diagnostics, self-remediation capabilities and operational runbooks that allow customer IT teams to operate Pelico independently. Participate in production operations. Join the team's on-call rotation, troubleshoot production incidents, and continuously improve platform reliability through operational excellence and automation. Elevate our DevOps platform . Standardize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure practices and deployment workflows to improve engineering productivity, security and reliability across the company. Support Pelico's enterprise and federal growth . Contribute to initiatives around GovCloud, FedRAMP readiness and deployments for highly regulated aerospace and defense customers. Drive AI-powered infrastructure engineering . Explore agentic engineering and AI-assisted workflows to automate infrastructure operations, deployment, diagnostics and security. About You 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles in high-growth or production environments. Strong experience building and operating cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm and Ansible . Deep understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability and modern deployment practices. Solid software engineering background, ideally with Java , and an automation-first mindset. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges without waiting for perfect specifications. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product and customer IT teams. You actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work, curious about what's possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter and faster. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows for coding, infrastructure automation, troubleshooting or engineering productivity.
