Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable infrastructure and deployment systems and lead the training of the team. The role focuses on automation, scalability, and efficiency, enabling engineering teams to deliver software quickly and securely. You will also help train the team, share best practices, and foster a DevOps culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment workflows, and infrastructure as code. Design and maintain cloud environments that are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for proactive performance and incident management. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to improve development and release processes. Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill engineers in DevOps tools, practices, and mindsets. Introduce and maintain best practices for containerization, serverless, and modern deployment strategies. Promote and cultivate a DevOps culture within the team, emphasizing automation, shared ownership, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 3-4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles. Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including services such as ECS, Lambda, or Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar). Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD platforms. Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and security best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coach, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
