Location: Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Costa Rica. Work Mode: Remote. At Coforge, we are hiring Senior DevOps Engineer (#17219-1-3) with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure using services such as EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, Route 53, S3, RDS/Aurora, and CloudWatch. • Manage Kubernetes environments, including deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, HPA, Jobs/CronJobs, RBAC, and troubleshooting. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, supporting reliable and automated software delivery. • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and contribute to cloud automation, observability, security, and production troubleshooting. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role. • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, Route 53, ACM, S3, RDS/Aurora, and CloudWatch. • Strong Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting experience. • Hands-on experience with Docker, including image creation, optimization, and container registries such as ECR. • Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins for CI/CD. • Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code; experience with Terragrunt and/or CloudFormation/CDK is a plus. • Understanding of .NET build and deployment processes, including NuGet, configuration, migrations, runtime/SDK management, and deployment troubleshooting. • Understanding of Java build and runtime technologies, including Maven/Gradle, JDK/JRE, Spring Boot, JVM fundamentals, and troubleshooting. • Strong Linux knowledge, including Bash, systemd, networking, processes, permissions, filesystems, and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, proxies, load balancers, routing, NAT, VPCs, and security groups. • Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, least-privilege principles, secrets management, TLS/certificates, and vulnerability management. • Experience with observability practices, including logs, metrics, traces, and alerts, using CloudWatch and tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana. • Strong Git knowledge, including branching strategies, pull requests, tags/releases, and conflict resolution. • Experience with Bash and Python scripting. • Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Skills • Experience with Terragrunt and/or CloudFormation/CDK. • Experience with PowerShell scripting. • Experience managing large-scale or highly available cloud environments. • Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions with Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
