We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS (Terraform), Azure, Cloudflare, and on-premise servers, with an emphasis on secure and auditable access
• Run and tune production EKS clusters including Karpenter node provisioning, taints/tolerations, dedicated node pools, and resource governance
• Extend our CI/CD and GitOps delivery model on GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, including progressive delivery with Argo Rollouts, and build tooling that removes manual operational work
• Operate Kafka (Strimzi), RabbitMQ clusters, and MQTT messaging infrastructure
• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards and alert rules across services, and manage the alerting pipeline in OpsGenie
• Support PostgreSQL environments including replication health, indexing, grant/role management, and safe schema changes alongside backend teams
• Support MT4/MT5 trading services and payment-provider integrations including withdrawal/deposit flows and failover behaviour during upstream incidents
• Apply least-privilege security across cloud accounts and internal services, and run secrets management and supply-chain security using External Secrets, IAM, Managed Identities, and OIDC-based deploys
• Join the on-call rotation and lead root-cause investigations across OOM/SIGKILL crashes, unbounded queries, and cascading queue backlogs using Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus
• Partner with backend, data, and product teams to turn operational findings into infrastructure and process improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role, ideally in fintech, trading, or a high-availability, transaction-sensitive environment
• Hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including debugging performance and stability issues under real load
• Deep working knowledge of AWS including VPC design, EKS, EC2, and networking, with a least-privilege IAM mindset
• Strong Terraform skills — modules, state management, multi-account and multi-environment layouts — and CI/CD with GitHub Actions
• Proficiency with an observability stack such as Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus for dashboards, alerts, and incident investigation
• Solid across Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat) and Windows Server
• Hands-on with at least one of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging infrastructure
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash
• Methodical root-cause analysis under time pressure and clear written postmortems
• Comfortable working across engineering and operations with broad scope

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services, regulated environments, or exposure to MT4/MT5 trading infrastructure
• Azure experience including Container Apps, Managed Identities, Azure PostgreSQL, and Service Bus
• PostgreSQL administration including replication, indexing strategy, access management, and CDC
• Cloudflare Workers, Zero Trust/Access, or edge caching strategies
• Cost optimisation and FinOps practice
