Senior DevOps Engineer

Timezone: Vietnam Time (ICT, UTC+7)

Domain: Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Management

Travel: Occasional onsite travel to Thailand, approximately 1-2 week when required

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, operate, and improve our cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms. You will work closely with development teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure and turn manual processes into automated, repeatable solutions.

Our infrastructure currently runs primarily on Tencent Cloud / TKE. Tencent Cloud experience is preferred, while strong experience with other major cloud and Kubernetes platforms is also welcome.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes/container platforms.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Terraform.
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Build and maintain observability solutions, including logs, metrics, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
• Manage networking, DNS, ingress, certificates, cloud security, secrets, and configurations.
• Work directly with development teams to clarify requirements and provide effective infrastructure solutions.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and build reusable, scalable solutions.
• Support multiple products and environments and continuously improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills and a strong production/operational mindset.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Strong Terraform / IaC experience.
• Solid experience with CI/CD, production troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, ingress, TLS/certificates, cloud security, secrets, and configuration management.
• Strong problem-solving, automation, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to proactively work with developers rather than simply executing tickets

• Experience with Tencent Cloud / TKE.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other major cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting multiple products or production environments.
• SRE or Platform Engineering experience.
