We are looking for a Senior DevOps Consultant to act as a technical visionary for our clients. If you have the experience to architect demanding cloud and automation solutions and the soft skills to mentor teams towards better delivery, this is your home. Merely setting up infrastructure is just the baseline. We are looking for consultants who understand the big picture: experts who build scalable systems and can bridge the gap between technical complexity and business strategy. As a Consultant, you don’t just take tickets. You take ownership. You will act as the technical backbone for our clients, often in a Lead role. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting & Implementing: Building reliable CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure while keeping technical debt and security risks in check. - Technical Leadership: Guiding the client’s team and developers by example, not by authority, into the core of DevOps culture. - Business Alignment: Justifying technical and infrastructure choices to the client’s business management and identifying the actual problems that need solving. - Modernization: Helping clients navigate the shift from on-premise and legacy systems to efficient public cloud environments. To succeed and reach the top-tier earning potential, you'll need: - Modern Tech Stack: Deep expertise in CI/CD systems (e.g., GHA, Jenkins, Tekton), IaC tools (Terraform), containers, and Public Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - AI in Production: A proven track record of leveraging AI tools in production environments and automation to drive measurable efficiency for the client. - Consulting Mindset: You are fast to adapt, your CV is always up to date, and you thrive in the customer interface. - Communication: Fluent Finnish and English are absolute requirements. You need to be able to facilitate workshops and build trust in both languages. - Hybrid Readiness: You understand that trust is built face-to-face.
