  • Develop reusable automation scripts, deployment templates, runbooks, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, application, and operations teams to ensure secure, reliable service delivery.
  • Support change management, operational readiness, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, or enterprise SaaS integration.

  • Experience with containers, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment tools.
  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, including DNS, networking, TLS/SSL certificates, proxies, and application connectivity.
  • Experience integrating SaaS or third-party applications with enterprise identity management, logging, cloud, and security services.
  • Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across applications, operating systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, collaborate across engineering teams, and deliver solutions in production environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.
  • Must meet applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements at start and obtain required CSSP and Computing Environment certifications within 90 days of employment, as applicable to the assigned work role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoD Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) operations, enterprise cybersecurity programs, or other regulated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
