Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for Senior DevOps Engineers to support the development and modernisation of cloud infrastructure for international payment platforms and financial services applications. The role focuses on designing and maintaining AWS environments, building and optimising CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, automating infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, and managing containerised environments with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift. The engineers will collaborate closely with international development and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability, scalability, security, and performance through Linux administration, Python/Bash scripting, and monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus, while supporting cloud migrations and production operations.

Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
• Manage Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift environments
• Support Linux production environments
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash or Go
• Implement monitoring using Grafana and Prometheus
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues
• Improve system reliability, performance and security
• Support cloud migrations and infrastructure modernisation
• Work with international software development and platform teams



Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on AWS experience
• Advanced Linux administration and troubleshooting
• Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Ansible or similar configuration management
• Kubernetes and containerisation experience
• Docker or OpenShift
• Python, Bash or Go scripting
• Grafana / Prometheus monitoring
• Networking and infrastructure security
• Experience supporting enterprise production systems
• Experience working with international engineering teams
• Strong English, B2+/C1
Nice to have
• Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure DevOps, AKS and cloud infrastructure
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including GKE and cloud infrastructure
• Multi-cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Payments, banking or fintech experience
• Experience with large, business-critical production platforms
• High availability and distributed infrastructure
• Cloud migrations and infrastructure modernisation
• GitOps and automated deployments
• Experience in global technology organisations or shared services centres
• Jira / Confluence / Agile
