Content platforms never stand still and the pace of change in the content technology market keeps every partnership on its toes. The Senior Digital Content Alliances Manager role in hybrid mode sits where Adobe and its peers shape the future of content management and supply chain platforms. Every shift in the market, from generative AI to new partner models, demands a strategy that adapts in real time. In this role, you set the direction for how EPAM grows with Adobe, Sitecore and other key partners. The person in this role decides how alliances turn into real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the Adobe relationship at global level, including executive sponsorship, partner programme tier and specialisations and the joint business plan across Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe's generative AI offerings
- Define and execute the content alliances strategy for Sitecore and other CMS and DAM partners, including which partners EPAM prioritises and where it invests
- Build and sustain senior relationships with partner leadership, and with EPAM's practice, sales and account leaders. Lead cross-functional virtual teams around each partner without direct reports
- Own joint go-to-market plans with each partner, working with sales, marketing and practices to create qualified pipeline and influence revenue
- Set and manage KPIs for sourced and influenced partner revenue, pipeline, certifications, specialisations and partner tier status
- Work with solution architects and delivery leaders to develop joint offerings, accelerators and customer stories, including AI-enabled content workflows
- Oversee deal registration, partner programme compliance and business reviews, in coordination with Alliances Operations
- Represent EPAM at partner events such as Adobe Summit and Sitecore Symposium and plan EPAM's own partner-led events
- Track partner roadmaps, acquisitions, programme changes and competitor moves and adapt strategy as the content platform market shifts
- Champion hands-on use of AI tools within your own ways of working and set an example for the wider alliances community
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel or business development, including 3+ years managing strategic technology partner relationships
- Direct experience of the Adobe ecosystem, ideally Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud or Adobe's partner programme, either at Adobe or at a systems integrator
- Background in a systems integrator or consulting-led environment, or in a senior partnerships role at a content, CMS or DAM technology company
- Strong understanding of the content technology market, including CMS, DAM, headless and composable architectures and content supply chain
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Track record of growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- Experience building executive relationships at partner organisations and influencing senior stakeholders inside a large, matrixed company
- Working knowledge of partner programme mechanics: tiering, deal registration, certifications, co-sell and marketing development funds
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to demonstrate an AI mindset through current use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot and to explain how generative AI changes content creation and management for clients
- Professional fluency in English, written and spoken and willingness to travel to partner events and EPAM offices
Nice to have
- Existing relationships at Adobe, Sitecore or other content platform vendors
- Experience with partner ecosystem tools such as Crossbeam and PRM platforms
- Experience with Adobe's generative AI products such as Firefly and GenStudio, in client work
We offer
- EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
- Protection benefits including life assurance, income protection and critical illness cover
- Private medical insurance and dental care
- Employee Assistance Program
- Competitive group pension plan
- Cyclescheme, Techscheme and season ticket loans
- Various perks such as free Wednesday lunch in-office, on-site massages and regular social events
- Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses
- If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program
- If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program
