Opportunity Overview

Our client is a well-loved British bath and body brand known for mood-boosting spa rituals and strong organic growth through distribution and brand awareness. Following a recent rebrand and continued double-digit growth, they are building out their in-house design capability. This is a rare opportunity to help shape design for an iconic British luxury brand.

Role Description

You'll join an in-house design team as the go-to person for paid social static creative, producing new Meta ad assets on a largely weekly basis as this work moves in-house. Alongside this, you'll design web landing pages and campaign assets in Figma, applying UX/UI fundamentals within a newly established design system. You'll support homepage refreshes, campaign launches, and seasonal updates with functional, mobile-first designs, and assist with email design as needed. Paid social statics is the core focus of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Social Creative - Produce ongoing Meta paid social static ad creative on a weekly basis.
• Landing Page Design - Design web landing pages and campaign assets in Figma using UX/UI fundamentals.
• Design System Application - Apply the post-rebrand design system consistently across web and campaign assets.
• Site Updates - Support homepage refreshes, campaign launches, and seasonal updates with mobile-first designs.
• Email Design Support - Assist with template-based email design, primarily resizing existing image templates.
• In-House Creative Ownership - Take ownership of paid social creative as more work moves in-house.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ Years' Experience - Minimum six years' experience in digital design, ideally within DTC brands.
• Paid Social Statics - Strong graphic design skills with a focus on paid social ad creative.
• DTC Brand Experience - Proven hands-on experience designing creative for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.
• Figma Proficiency - Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Figma for web and campaign design.
• UX/UI Fundamentals - Solid grasp of layout, interaction principles, and mobile-first design practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Premium Brand Experience - Prior hands-on design experience within premium or luxury brand environments.
• Design Systems - Experience building or working within an established brand design system.
• Video Editing - Basic video editing skills to support wider content and campaign needs.
