About the Role The Senior Digital Designer plays a central role in shaping the quality, direction, and impact of Alice’s work. This is a hands-on role for a designer who can operate across brand and digital experiences—equally comfortable developing ideas, designing interfaces and interactions and bringing them to life through motion and animation, and executing at a high level of craft. You’ll play an important role across complex projects, translating strategy into compelling creative outcomes. You bring clarity to ambiguity, elevate the work through strong creative judgment, and ensure that everything we produce is excellent, cohesive, and built to perform. In this role, you will: Own and drive design across projects, ensuring work is conceptually strong, visually compelling, and aligned with client goals. Translate strategy into high-quality digital experiences, interfaces, interactions, design systems, and brand expressions. Operate hands-on in the work—concepting, designing, prototyping, animating, and refining outputs alongside the team. Design how digital experiences move, respond, and behave, not just how they look. Work directly with clients, from presenting design work to contributing to workshops and new business opportunities. Contribute to Alice’s evolving design standards, processes, and point of view. Ideally, you’ll have: 4+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual, UI, interaction, and digital design work Exceptional visual design craft, with a sharp eye for typography, layout, interaction, and detail Advanced proficiency in Figma, with strong systems thinking and experience building scalable design systems The ability to communicate interaction, transitions, and behavior through motion, prototypes, and experience with tools such as ProtoPie, Principle, Rive, After Effects, Framer, or similar (we care more about the output than the specific tool) Strong creative judgment and a clear point of view Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting your work Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers Curiosity about emerging design tools and workflows Interest in working in a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes—we punch above our weight by staying curious, always improving, and maximizing our impact We offer: Benefits, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Medical: Company covers 100% of Gold plan premium Dental: Company covers 50% of premium Vision: Company covers 50% of premium 401k Company matches up to 4% of employee contributions 1-year vesting schedule FSA Company matches up to $300 of employee contributions annually Commuter benefits Company contributes $100/month for parking and/or transit Unlimited PTO Hybrid work: Mostly remote but must be West Coast based to occasionally travel to meetings in LA and SF Note: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
