• As we continue expanding internationally, we're looking for an experienced and creative Senior Digital Designer to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities

UX/UI & Web Design

• Design and improve website pages, landing pages, and digital user interfaces.
• Enhance user experience, website navigation, and conversion flows.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and responsive designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to turn design concepts into functional digital experiences.

Creative & Marketing Design

• Design engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and product launches.
• Create promotional materials, presentations, banners, and other marketing assets.
• Support creative projects for partnerships, webinars, and global campaigns.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Explore new design trends and contribute creative ideas to strengthen Printbelle's brand.

Project Ownership

• Independently manage design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Work closely with international colleagues to understand business needs and deliver effective design solutions.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI, web design, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered design.
• Strong visual creativity, typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with international or remote teams is a plus.
• Experience in print-on-demand (POD), eCommerce, or related industries is a strong plus.
