Agency : Havas Media Job Description : We're looking for a Senior Digital Executive (Senior Digital Associate) to join the Digital team at Kaimera, part of the Havas Media network. This role will be based in the Havas Village in Melbourne (Richmond). The Opportunity Kaimera is currently one of the fastest growing media agency’s in Australia with two offices in Sydney and Melbourne which opened just over two years ago. Kaimera is an independent full-service media agency built on a foundation of transparency and trust. As a full-service media agency, we specialise in Communications Strategy, Media Planning, Trading, Digital, Social, SEO, PPC, Analytics, and Mobile. The Role The Senior Digital Associate plays a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' brand campaigns across digital media. With at least 2.5 years of experience, this role leads the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Digital brand campaigns. The Senior Digital Associate is responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and budget allocation through ongoing analysis, reporting, and strategic adjustments. This role requires a strong understanding of brand marketing principles, data analysis, and Digital expertise. The Senior Digital Associate will guide junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership (Digital Focus): Develop and implement comprehensive Digital brand strategies aligned with client objectives and budget. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the Digital landscape, including exploring new platforms, data sources, and targeting strategies. Campaign Management (Digital Expertise): Oversee the execution and optimisation of Digital brand campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads (search, display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing, Yahoo). Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve brand-specific KPIs. Manage creative trafficking and ensure proper implementation of tracking and measurement solutions. Performance Analysis (Brand-Centric): Lead the analysis of Digital campaign performance data, focusing on brand-relevant metrics. Identify key trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Develop and deliver insightful reports to clients, clearly communicating results and recommendations, with a focus on demonstrating brand impact. Guidance: Guide junior team members on Digital best practices, brand campaign strategies, and platform expertise. Client Communication (Brand Focus): Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on Digital brand strategy and performance. Proactively communicate campaign updates and address client inquiries, focusing on the brand narrative and results achieved. Budget Management (Digital Spend): Develop and manage Digital campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI. Negotiate with vendors and manage Digital buying strategies. Vendor Management (Digital Partners): Collaborate with external vendors and partners (e.g., data providers, technology platforms) as needed to support Digital campaign execution and optimisation. Industry Knowledge (Digital Landscape): Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in Digital advertising, brand marketing, and digital media. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to agency thought leadership in the Digital space. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in Digital advertising, with a proven track record of success in brand campaign execution. Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies, with a specific focus on the Digital ecosystem. Expertise in Digital platforms, brand marketing metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Experience with ad serving and tracking technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to guide junior team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
