Salary: £40,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Location: Hybrid (Centennial Park, Elstree / London Bridge from Jan 2027)

Medik8 is transforming the industry with science-backed technology, and our dedication to exceptional skincare products has built a reputation for excellence. Our goal is to continue to scale the business through global expansion, multi-channel distribution, and product innovation.

You will play a vital operational role in driving new customer growth across our 12 international websites spanning European and International markets. Working directly with the Acquisition Manager and external agency partners, you will turn high-level strategy into seamless execution from briefing agencies, managing translation and creative delivery, tracking market performance, and optimising campaigns.

You will take operational ownership of a dynamic portfolio of international markets during an exciting growth phase. Acting as the critical link between internal creative teams, regional stakeholders, and external agency partners, you will translate acquisition plans into localised execution across 12 websites, developing hands-on experience in agency coordination, localisation workflows, and multi-market performance optimisation.

In more detail, your role will include:

  • Multi-Market Campaign Coordination: Turn regional campaign briefs into actionable digital marketing plans, ensuring campaign builds run smoothly across 12 international websites.

  • Agency Steering & Asset Briefing: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for external agencies; brief them on campaign setups, supply necessary creative assets, and ensure platform builds match market targets.

  • Localisation & Creative Workflow: Own the creative briefing process for paid channels. Coordinate translations, localised ad copy, and creative adaptations with internal teams to ensure cultural relevance.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Brief agencies on reporting needs and review daily/monthly platform data against target metrics (ROAS to CAC transitions) to highlight performance risks and opportunities to the Manager.

  • Affiliate & Influencer Operations: Support affiliate initiatives by keeping track of agency delivery, and liaise with Regional Marketing to manage commercial influencer agreements, content approvals, and paid partner workflows.

  • eCommerce Alignment: Work with internal eCommerce teams to brief and launch localised landing pages, supporting key trading moments and optimising on-site conversion for digital traffic.

  • SEO & Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) Support: Support Acquisition Manager on SEO and GEO initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and specialists to assist in optimising organic visibility across key markets.

  • Broader Acquisition Activations Support: Assist Acquisition Manager on wider, non-performance acquisition campaigns (such as sampling), expanding channel scope beyond pure performance to build full-funnel marketing experience

Requirements:

Essential Criteria (What you definitely need):

  • Proven performance or digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) supporting paid media channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliates.

  • Practical understanding of paid media platform capabilities, campaign structures, creative ad formats, and tracking performance metrics against targets (ROAS and CAC).

  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills to manage marketing calendars, brief internal creative teams, and steer day-to-day agency deliverables.

  • Comfortable reviewing platform data, tracking budget thresholds, and drawing actionable performance insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge cross-functional teams and external partners smoothly.

Desirable Criteria (The 'nice-to-haves'):

  • Multi-Market & Localisation Experience: Prior exposure to managing digital campaigns across multiple international websites, including coordinating translation workflows and localised creative assets.

  • Platform & Tech Familiarity: Practical experience working with Shopify (or multi-region eCommerce CMS) and affiliate management platforms like Awin.

  • Influencer & Affiliate Ops: Hands-on experience coordinating commercial influencer agreements, paid partnerships, or affiliate publisher networks.
